If, for any reason, you find yourself less than delighted with your purchase within 30 days of your order date, we will gladly provide a full refund.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The total refund amount will depend on the number of bottles returned, regardless of their contents. To qualify for a full refund, all bottles must be returned, whether they are empty, full, or partially used.
In order to qualify for a return, it is imperative that your returned package includes the original bottle(s) in the condition in which they were initially received, accompanied by the original branded label. Please note that refunds will not be processed if the original bottle(s) is not included with the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery
If tracking confirms that an item has been successfully delivered to the provided shipping address, but there is concern that the package may have been lost or stolen after delivery, we typically do not assume liability for the loss. However, if an official Missing Mail Claim is filed with the carrier and verification is provided, you may be eligible for reimbursement. We recommend contacting USPS or the relevant delivery service for further assistance in resolving the issue.
Abuse or Misuse of Money Back Guarantee Policy
We are committed to upholding our 100% money back guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction. It is important to emphasize that any misuse of this policy will not be tolerated. Should we receive returns where more bottles are returned empty or partially used than can reasonably be attributed to normal usage within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to adjust the refund accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the fairness and integrity of our return process.
Insufficient Address-Related Returns and Fees
In the event that your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or invalid address provided at checkout as a result of customer error, a shipping/restocking fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the total refund to cover the costs of shipping and processing.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sendlernaturals.com.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more quantities, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
